Excelsior Inn - Eugene

The personal touch from the staff was heartwarming, and the unique breakfast menu made our mornings special. I especially enjoyed the artwork displayed throughout the inn.

Its rooms are quiet with musical composer themes and Tudor style, for instance for a wonderful stay.

Our stay was memorable, thoroughly enjoyed delicious breakfasts.

Location: the hotel was just off other local restaurants, a world-class library, and that also sources other local restaurants. Unique rooms with metal tiled ceiling and fairly quiet staff, everything was great.

Where it excels and where it fails

The charming decor and warmth of the staff. Breakfast was a highlight. Each meal was crafted with care and was delish!

A confusing layout and tight parking conditions hindered my overall experience. Noise levels from guests disrupted my peaceful stay at times.

What a true gem! I loved the relaxing classical music theme throughout the hotel and the sumptuous dining options were fantastic, especially the magnificent breakfast. the entrance could use an accessibility upgrade.

The only downside was the shades on the windows, which let in too much morning light. Blackout shades would really help.

Delighted by the cozy atmosphere and beautifully decorated room. Enjoyed exploring quaint shops nearby. Breakfast was just average, but I discovered a fantastic local cafe around the corner-don't miss the homemade pastries! Parking was a bit tricky, but definitely manageable. Overall a lovely experience!

Excelsior Inn was a fantastic place to stay in a peaceful area just outside Eugene. the hotel is within walking distance of an art museum, and there are plenty of restaurants, museums, pubs, and nightclubs nearby. the delicious breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the food was excellent. the room with a metal tiled ceiling added a unique touch to the experience.

The hotel is in a perfect location tucked away in an alley behind the property. the Webfoot Bar & Grill is a short walk from the hotel, perfect for grabbing shots before heading to bed. - We enjoyed a fantastic meal at the restaurant attached to the hotel.
